 Why do I have to pay the sellers mortgage
 This is a daily practise in Dubai that the incoming buyer or buyers bank clears the Mortgage prior to transfer it is important when doing this that adequate protection is put in place but using a Conveyance company who usually take a security POA to protect the buyer. NO mortgage should be cleared without a title deed being in place and the true owner clearly identified as the recipient. whilst legal council or conveyance companies are not mandatory we would strongly advise using a reputable company
